Fall can be a strange time for outdoor pursuits. In one week it can go from mild to baking to arctic, with a flash flood thrown in the midst. Basically, it’s either mud or ice at this time of the year. For trail runners, it’s all part of the adventure so get out there and enjoy your freezing mud-snow!
